Here's the thing: Consolino's journey to ISO 9001 certification has been successful! This means we can now push ahead even more strongly with the energy transition and climate protection—with officially certified quality.
Perseverance, patience, and a healthy dose of determination are all part of ISO certification. That's how our quality manager Carmen describes the journey she has been on with Consolinno since its launch in 2021.
"For young companies with highly committed employees and radically innovative ideas, it is usually difficult to score points with 'old' approaches such as those of ISO 9001. When I started setting up Consolinno's QMS two years ago, I therefore expected massive resistance. But everyone wanted to get involved, contributed their ideas, and worked with me to find adjustments and improvements to meet the requirements of ISO 9001 and focus on our customers and their needs. And now we can finally and proudly display our TÜV-Süd certificate for operating an effective management system in accordance with ISO 9001, sending another signal to the world: We make it possible for everyone to be part of the energy transition – reliably!"
What were the main reasons we wanted to introduce quality management and get certified? For one thing, ISO 9001 is a real flagship for us as a company. It makes our work systematic and reproducible. On the other hand, certification also brings many internal benefits:
- regulated and efficient processes
- Clearly defined roles and responsibilities for smooth operations
- You only need to ask big questions once, then you have a meaningful concept.
