It was great: HEMS technical training

What an evening! We were excited about the premiere of our technical training course "Servus, Leaflet HEMS!" and it was a success. In keeping with Consolinno, it was a slightly different kind of training: with barbecue, draft beer, and brass band music.

A unique setting to learn about the Consolinno Home Energy Management System, or Leaflet HEMS for short, as well as the legally required topics of grid serviceability and dynamic electricity tariffs. We were most excited about the exchange with the installers and solar technicians. But let's start at the beginning.

(If you're more into images and sound, here are our highlights from "Servus, Leaflet HEMS" on YouTube!)

Christian Preis, founder and CEO, led the program. Klaus Nagl, our energy transition brain and also founder and CEO, kicked things off by introducing Consolinno and the idea behind it. "We could also do other projects that change the world. But we are contributing to climate protection with innovative technology." In an entertaining hour, Michael Schwarzmeier, Lucas Hornberger, and Patricia Bรถhm then introduced the star of the evening: the Leaflet HEMS.

Immediately afterwards, other Consolinno experts were waiting at various stations to take a closer look at our home energy management system together with the guests. Whether it was compatibility, the app, or the future scenarios that we had considered from the outset. The top topics were manufacturer independenceโ€”the Leaflet HEMS is compatible with many devices, and the number is growingโ€”as well as dynamic tariffs and grid serviceabilityโ€”see the hotly debated discussion on Section 14a of the German Energy Industry Act (EnWG).

The conversations continued long into the evening in a relaxed atmosphere. The Bavarian grill masters served up a delicious barbecue, there was beer fresh from the tap, and music from the "Blech-Lawine" band.

We are very happy with the feedback from our guests: optimal length of the presentations, excellent food, and many helpful comments on our HEMS leaflet. We definitely struck a chord. Successful products can only be developed from practical experience, for practical use. Working together for the energy transition!
