The start: simulation, PV, and storage
Following a time series-based, cross-sector simulation using the Consolinno tool dynamic.es , the most effective measures for energy optimization were identified—data-driven, practical, and forward-looking. The first step: The existing photovoltaic system was expanded and supplemented with a stationary battery storage system.
FlexA: The brain behind energy
With the commissioning of the forecast-based energy management system FlexA from Consolinno and Smart Q, the energy system is now intelligently controlled. FlexA creates an optimal schedule for storage management based on demand and generation forecasts. The goals: peak load capping, self-generated electricity optimization, and procurement optimization. And all of this is automated—without manual intervention. This is how technology becomes true efficiency.
Next steps: Focus on the energy transition
The next phase of the project is already in the planning stages: the transformation of heat generation is next. Here too, Supfina will be working together with Consolinno and Smart Q to develop innovative solutions that will further reduce COâ‚‚ emissions and make the energy supply even more sustainable.Â
