What is being promoted?
Anyone investing in smart building technology now can look forward to attractive subsidies.
Subsidies are available for measures that make your building more energy-efficient and digital:
- Digital systems for energy optimization
e.g., smart home controls, HEMS (Home Energy Management System), consumption management - Ventilation and air conditioning systems with heat recovery
- Grid-friendly control of energy flows in buildings or building networks
🚫 Not eligible: self-built systems, prototypes, used systems
How much is the subsidy?
- 15% subsidy on eligible expenses
- Up to€ 30,000 per residential unit €60 ,000 with iSFP bonus (individual renovation roadmap)
- +5% extra bonus if the measure is part of an iSFP
💡 Minimum investment: €300 gross
What should be considered?
The application must be submitted before the measure is implemented.
An energy efficiency expert (EEE) must be involved.
