Incompatibility with accessibility legislation

The content listed below is not compatible with the relevant legal provisions on

  • PDF documents: Some of our PDF documents are not accessible. We are working to provide an accessible version or accessible alternatives as soon as possible.
  • Videos: Some of our embedded videos do not currently have subtitles. We are working to add subtitles to all videos as soon as possible.
  • Images without alternative text: Some images on the website do not have alternative text. We are working to update them as soon as possible.
  • Operation: The menu cannot be operated entirely using the keyboard. We are working to provide an adapted version or accessible alternatives as soon as possible.
  • Navigation cannot be fully operated using the keyboard. (The main navigation and interactive content are currently being revised; full operability would be ideal, but is not feasible without technical expertise

  • The website is based on an older CMS that is not currently fully accessible. Adjustments are being made gradually within the scope of technical possibilities.

Complex interactive applications and special functions on our website require considerable financial and human resources to make them completely accessible. We are constantly reviewing ways to improve, but due to the disproportionately high costs, we cannot remove all barriers immediately. This affects the following applications and functions: Leaflet Augmented Reality, Leaflet Scroll Animation

A complete relaunch of the site with barrier-free restructuring is desirable, but currently not feasible for economic reasons. We always strive to identify potential barriers and remove them as far as possible.
